omg... so admittedly i kind of forgot about this site. i've been bouncing around a lot of interests recently and webdev has just been kind of shelved for the time being while i work on other things my brain deems more important. a lot of the focus on this site has primarily been around music as it's one of my main interests and i love having the opportunity to have a place to showcase music i'm enjoying but i've noticed recently that i just haven't been listening to that much music recently which leads me to kind of want to expand this site to include other interests like tv shows and video games just to kind of showcase more of the things i enjoy here. i can't say for certain when i'll get around to making those changes but i do kind of want to expand this site to kind of be a place where i can showcase and list a lot of the things i'm enjoying. outside of future changes though as i do kind of have a habit of talking about them and forgetting to actually implent the changes until a week and a half later, gabuislost's new album, bite me, is pretty good. i've been a fan of their music for awhile now and i really enjoyed the singles eat me alive and say the words so to see the album is finally out is pretty exciting. overall an album i really enjoyed and i'll definitely be listening to a lot over the next week or two. i've also been really enjoying kim possible and my life as a teenage robot, just really lovely shows that i still need to actually get around to finishing but i'd definitely recommend them

oh my gosh, deltarune chapter 5 weird route is going to be the death of me i think. it's so over. really enjoyed the new chapter, i really enjoyed a lot of the new characters they introduced and i thought the gameplay was extremely fun and would love to replay this chapter again in the future. a little mixed about the story as a whole but i feel like it'll make more sense when chapter 6 comes out so it's okay. definitely just overall pretty happy with it EXCEPT FOR THE WEIRD ROUTE, TRULY HORRIFIC. truly happy for all the suselle and krusie enjoyers though, lots of very lovely moments in this chapter.

slowly but surely adding more songs and albums to the songs of the week and favourite album sections. it's been pretty lovely kind of going through old albums that i haven't listen to in ages and going through my youtube recommendation and the bandcamp genre listings and finding new music to add to these lists. i have plan on overhauling their designs as i find the font and font size aren't really too my liking and i plan on potentially making a list of every album i've listened to this year. music is really the main thing i want to showcase on this site as i like listening to music and having a place to share the music i like is really lovely so i would love to continue on working on ways to share more music in the future. i'm also planning on adding a new page for my blog and my art in the future but i'm still a bit lost on how to actually implement a change like that so it might be awhile. for now though, i'm still very happy with my site and i'm excited to make more changes in the future

omg, it's been forever since i've last made a blog entry here. i finally got around to implementing a lot of the features i wanted to add and i'm quite happy with the way my site is starting to look overall. unfortunately, i do expect progress to probably slow down again as i've been kind of focused on other things as of recent and i'm kind of out of ideas on where to go next with my site but i'll probably make frequent updates to this blog in the near future. that said, the tadc finale came out today and i had the pleasure of watching it with some really lovely friends and omg... i am distraught. very very lovely episode and i'm quite happy with the way things ended but omg i would be lying if i said that finale didn't hurt so much. def going to rewatch the series in the near future as i think it would be fun to do a complete rewatch now that the finale is out. i've also been working on drawing a bit more recently. i'll definitely have to post some of my art here sometime but for now, i'm a bit too sleepy.
update: i'm thinking of perhaps changing this blog format a bit to include the time of the messages as opposed to just a general update that encompasses an entire day, that way it's easier to give updates throughout the day. i'm also planning on moving this blog to it's own site in the future just so the homepage stays a bit nicer and more managable. that's all for now !

Implementing those changes seemed to be a bit harder than I initially thought. Shortly after my last blog post, I made the neccessary edits to this neocities page in order to add all the additions i've been working on and immediately after, everything broke. Neocities wasn't loading any of my new changes on either the html or css file and I thought for sure there was just zero way for me to implement anything I had just worked on. Thankfully it seems neocities was just taking a bit to actually implement them and they're now officially added to my site but omg, that was not a fun experience.

It's been awhile since my last blog entry here so I figured I would kind of give an update on how things are going. Stellaris and Civ 6 have admittedly decimated my productivity these past few days but I'm absolutely adoring both. I'm currently about 40 hours into my first stellaris run and it's been loads of fun though I'm admittedly still confused on whether or not I'm doing well or what I'm supposed to be doing most of the time. As for Civ 6, I finally won my first Civ game ever across both Civ 5 and Civ 6 and I'm quite happy about it. Outside of video games though, I've made a bit of progress on this site again over the past few days, most notably adding borders to animal images and album covers and changing the layout of the album section with a few minor additions like different link colours and adding alt text and titles to more of the images. I'm planning on changing up the album section a bit more over the next few days, changing out the albums for new ones and adding sections for song of the day/album of the week and my fav songs/albums. Overall just really happy with the way my site is looking so far and I'm excited to get working on it again. Very happy with this month so far as a whole as we've been getting a lot of rain recently and even a thunderstorm and things have just been going well, just a very nice time for me personally and i'm very excited about it.

Happy Pride Month everydoggy !!! Thinking of maybe updating the album category and changing out a few of the albums on display every week or so. Currently I'm really enjoying champion by can of bliss and passengerprincess's new single dark side of the room, though i've yet to add them to my site. other than that, i made a lot more progress on my mc farm today and i'm quite happy with it and i'm currently in the process of getting my steam deck set up again so yippee!!!.

AWOOOOOOOO!!! Full moon today and I'm still quite excited about it, it's always lovely whenever there's a full moon. Today was quite lovely as well, admittedly I don't have any progress updates to note outside of experimenting a bit more with css in a different hmtl doc but overall a lovely day. The Minecraft curse struck again unfortunately so updates might be a bit slow but for the meantime my farm is looking quite lovely.

hit a bit of a roadblock with internet problems most of yesterday but i'm really happy with how this site is starting to look. i'm currently working on learning css so i can make this site look a little better but it'll probably be quite awhile before i can implement a lot of the additions i want to make. i do plan on making a few more little additions here and there and updating this blog daily/semidaily but for now i'm quite happy with everything.

never expected i would make a website but here we are ! i'm still kind of getting used to everything as this is my first time making one but it's been a lot of fun and i'm really excited to have a place to host my favourite albums and show off a bit of my artwork and the projects i'm working on.
